BUG AND ISSUE TRACKING Roundup [I-CLIC] [VIDA] A simple-to-use issue-tracking system with web and email interfaces. We use Roundup to track bugs found in our software and submit feature requests. One Roundup tracker is maintained by I-CLIC (for tracking PASS, TSIA, and MIFAR) and a second tracker is hosted by Vida Diagnostics for Pulmonary Workstation. When a bug is submitted by filling out the web form, and assigned to a developer, an email is sent to that developer containing the contents of the post. If the developer wishes to respond, say they need to know what version of the software was being used, they can simply reply to the email and the contents will be posted on the web site. |
