Amira
Commercial program for advanced 3D visualization and volume modeling. We use Amira to visualize in 3D the large data sets produced by our micro CT scanners. Due to the high cost, and intense hardware requirements for such large volumes of data, Amira is installed on a dedicated, dual 64-bit workstation within the lab.
